Weftec2010

Customers stop by at WEFTEC to see Polychem's revolutionary SmartGuard system

SmartGuard is a revolutionary fault detection system for water and waste water collector systems. SmartGuard identifies system overloads that can't be detected by a traditional shear-pin or torque monitoring device. SmartGuard monitors regular motion of lower-rear idler sprockets, warns of potential danger, and shuts down the system before chain, attachment link, or flight damage occurs. Optional applications include an add-on panel that complements the current control system, or a full panel that works as a total control solution.
